Where can I buy an Aztec kitchen?

Can I buy direct from Aztec Kitchens?

We do not supply direct to the public, we only supply kitchens through independent dealers. To purchase one of our kitchens you would need to contact your local dealer. Please click here for details of a dealer near to you.

Do your Kitchens come with a guarantee?

All our kitchen units come with a 5 year guarantee. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect with your kitchen, we would offer a replacement part free of charge.

How long will it take for me to receive my Aztec Kitchen?

With the exception of some special order items, all of our products are held in stock and can be delivered within a few days.

Where can I see your kitchens?

Many of our dealers will have displays of our product, however due to the size of the Aztec range we cannot guarantee that the kitchen you would like to see will be on display at your local dealer. Many of our dealers have sample doors which will provide an indication of the style and colour. We do have a showroom at our Head Office in Pontypridd where we display the entire range. Our showroom opening hours are Mon-Fri 9.00 - 5.00pm and Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm (except bank holiday weekends) please click here for location map.

What are your cabinets made from?

All our cabinets are made from 18mm furniture grade board from the leading board manufacturer Egger.

What colours are your cabinets available in?

We offer a choice of 10 cabinet colours. All our cabinets are colour co-ordinated to achieve the best possible match to your chosen door. We do not offer a red or black carcase to match our Ashford or Felton ranges and have therefore recommended titanium.

What materials are your doors made from?

Our doors are made of MFC, solid wood, foil wrapped MDF or vinyl wrapped MDF depending on the door style. This is specified on the individual range page.

How are your carcases constructed?

Our carcases are constructed using a cam and dowel system, which provides maximum strength and rigidity. All fittings have been sourced to provide a top quality, long lasting kitchen.

Can your base units be used with heavier worktops such as granite?

All our base units are 18mm cam and dowel constructed with 18mm backs, they can be used with any type of worktop.

Do your doors come pre drilled for handles?

Aztec kitchens offer an extensive range of handles which come in various sizes, therefore it would be impossible to pre-drill doors for handles.

What type of drawer boxes do you supply?

Our drawer boxes all have twin walled metal sides and feature built-in silent closing and full extension runners. The silent closing system provides a smooth and silent soft closing action.

Do the doors come with a soft close system?

Our doors are not supplied with a soft close system as standard. We offer the Blumotion soft close clip-on system as an optional extra.

What sort of accessories are available to complete my kitchen?

There are many accessories available to complete your kitchen. We offer a wide range of storage solutions including pull-out wire baskets that fit into cabinets. Other accessories include glass shelves, decorative cabinet legs and a large selection of internal drawer organisers. They can all be found in the accessories section.

I have a technical query, who should I contact?

Your dealer should be able to answer any technical queries you have, however, if they are unable to help then please complete a contact form with your query and our Technical Department will be in touch.

I have a problem with my Aztec kitchen after it has been installed, who should I contact?

If you have any problems with any aspect of your Aztec kitchen, you must contact your dealer first. Your contract will be with the dealer and it is their responsibility to put right any problems. If there is a manufacturing defect then your dealer should contact Aztec Kitchens and we will rectify any faults. If after trying to contact your dealer the problem still isn't resolved, then please complete a contact form and we will endeavour to contact the dealer on your behalf and rectify any issue.

Do you offer a design service?

We do not offer a design service directly to the public, though our appointed dealers will offer this service. Please click here to locate your nearest dealer. We do however offer a full design & planning service for our contracts department which includes Private Development and Social Housing sectors.
